Kayleigh graduated with First Class Honours in Law from the University of Reading. Kayleigh began her career at one of Malaysia’s leading law firms, where she received training in corporate practice with a focus on legal due diligence for corporate exercises. She later joined a mid-sized firm, strengthening her practice to include a wide range of transactional work, particularly in corporate real estate and banking.
She advises corporate entities and individual clients on acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, regulatory and compliance matters, as well as the structuring and financing of transactions. Her work has given her significant exposure to real estate deals, corporate exercises involving diverse assets, and banking arrangements.
Clients appreciate Kayleigh for her careful attention to detail, clear communication, and practical advice that balances legal considerations with commercial realities.
Outside of work, she is a food lover who enjoys discovering new places to eat and trying different food experiences.
